All shipments are packed with 100% discreet packaging — no logos, no product names, and no references to adult products as confirmed in your current policy .


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most countries in Southeast Asia. Delivery availability may vary depending on local regulations, customs restrictions, and courier coverage. We do not ship to certain Islamic-majority countries due to legal and religious restrictions (as listed in your existing policy ).

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) as stated in your current policy .

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for real-time updates .


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier performance. Below are the estimated delivery windows:

  • Malaysia (KL, Penang, Johor Bahru): 2–4 business days
  • Thailand (Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai): 3–5 business days

4. Shipping Methods

We use a combination of trusted international and local couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. Depending on your location, your order may be shipped via:

  • Local express couriers (e.g., NinjaVan, J&T Express, Lalamove, Flash Express)
  • International logistics partners (e.g., 4PX, Yanwen, DHL eCommerce)
  • Regional warehouse fulfillment for faster delivery

Your order may be shipped from:

  • Our China warehouse (for full inventory availability)
  • Local overseas warehouses (for faster delivery in selected countries)

5. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging such as blank boxes or padded envelopes as described in your current policy .

The return address will display a generic name such as “宜宾优嘟嘟科技物流部” or “YDD Logistics” — never product names or adult-related terms (as confirmed in your existing policy ).

Your billing statement will also remain discreet and will not reference adult products .


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer as stated in your current policy .

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures .


7. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the courier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building security, or your local post office first as recommended in your current policy .

If the package is still missing, contact us at 1251660924@qq.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist with a courier investigation .
