Shipping Policy

We currently ship to most countries in Southeast Asia, excluding certain Islamic countries as noted below. All shipments are sent with 100% discreet packaging — no logos, no product descriptions, no mention of “adult goods” on the outside.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Singapore: 1–2 business days
- Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru): 2–4 business days
- Thailand (Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai): 3–5 business days
- Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi): 4–7 business days
- Philippines (Metro Manila, Cebu): 4–8 business days
- Indonesia (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali): 5–10 business days
- Rest of SE Asia: 7–14 business days

Discreet Delivery
All packages are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes or padded envelopes. The return address will show a generic name (e.g., “Joyful Logistics” or “JS Fulfillment”) — never “adult toys” or anything similar. Your billing statement will also be discreet.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. You are responsible for any such fees. Joyful is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will assist in filing a claim.
