Refund & Return Policy

At Joyful, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help — with the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

  • Time Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, including but not limited to vibrators, dildos, anal toys, and lubricants.
  • Defective items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@joyful.sg with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our return approval and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address we provide.
  4. Once approved, we will notify you and process the refund.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
